Used line for production compacted cosmetic powders by Co.Pack (IT). Line is working on pans with diameter 58.5 mm – output up to 1500 pcs/hour, and pans with diameter 36.5 mm – output up to 3200 pcs/hour. Line consist of:
– automatic, vibrating feeder of pans.
– pressing machine Co.Pack , Rotopack 100 PS/4 – automatic powder feeder, hydraulic press and automatic discharge.
– station for cleaning bottoms and edges of pans
– packaging station – where pans are packed into plastic trays.
Line is new 2013.
