Used automatic filling line for aerosols. Reported output about 40 pcs/min. Line is able to work on every type and size of containers (aluminium and steel) line can work on filling gas propan/ butan. Line consists of:
– buffer tank for liquid product with agitator,
– automatic feeder of aerosol valves, equipped with sorter,
– rotating table for feeding aerosol cans,
– filling module with two way die for Dosing and two way filling die. Includes sensor of absence of valve and metal Ball Dosing device.
– belt conveyer – length 4 M – 2 pieces,
– device for mounting atomisers on valves with sorter and feeder,
– capper equipped with indexing Wheel, elevator and sorter
also line includes 3 pcs of pressure tanks, each 5000 l, for storage of gas, with piping, safety valves and pumps. Includes technical documentation. Line new 1980.
