Used vacuum reactor made of stainless steel with a chambe capacity of approximately 50 liters by PREVAC (Poland). The reactor is intended for the synthesis of pure metal and metal oxides nanoparticles by the plasma method. Reaction chamber made of chemically resistant stainless steel, adapted to work with the plasma system with power 3 kW, equipped with a water jacket. Reaction chamber adapted to work in conditions from atmospheric pressure to high vacuum (10-8 mbar). The reactor is equipped with a gases dosing system, a vacuum pump and control panel. The efficiency of the synthesis process is 1g per hour. Unit was manufactured in 2015. More information on request.
