Perry is offering a high quality, used Cincinatti Butchers Supply Co. stainless steel jacketed powder blender/dryer. Approximately 750 litre total capacity, 500 litre estimated working capacity. Unit measures approximately 785mm diameter X 1500mm straight side. Has 120mm deep dished ends, one bolted, one welded. Internal rated 3.44 bar (50 psi) design pressure at 160°C. (320°F.) unit has (6) off Becker type scraper blades on bolted arms connected to central shaft plus (2) off end scrapper blades. Driven by estimated 15 kW motor with pulley and belt transfer to a reduction gearbox. Shaft speed is estimated at 120rpm. Internal surfaces are mirror polished. Has external stainless steel multi zone heating jacket insulated and clad over in polished stainless steel sheet. Jacket rated 5.17 bar (75 psi) at 160°C. (320°F.). Has (1) 200mm diameter and (1) 230mm diameter top flanged connections, (1) 150mm diameter bottom centre flanged connection which requires stainless steel ball valve. Has (1) 615mm X 400mm hinged side access door with (2) off swing wedges for security. Unit is mounted on a stainless steel support frame/cradles. This unit is ready to run.
