Used Kemutec Gardner model 2500RH Hastelloy C276 jacketed ribbon blender/dryer. 2500 litre working capacity and approximately 4200 litre total capacity. External 316 stainless steel jacket rated 2.97 bar at 133 degrees Celsius. Internally rated atmospheric pressure at 50 degrees Celsius. Mixing chamber approximately 1450mm wide X 1750mm deep X 3000mm long. Single interrupted ribbon belt driven by 15 kW 400 volt 3/50 1476 rpm motor through a David Brown Radicon gearbox ratio 80/1 with a 18 rpm output. Has flat bolted lid with manway. Also has center bottom outlet.
