Used Pfaudler model AE2500, approximately 2,500 litre capacity vertical glass lined reactor. Unit has clamped dished top and welded dished bottom heads. Unit measures approximately 1,600mm diameter X 1,275mm straight side. Internal rated 6.6 bar/full vacuum design pressure at -29 to 200°C. Has external mild steel jacket rated 6.6 bar/full vacuum design pressure at -29 to 200 deg.C. Unit has top entry 3-blade retreat curve glass lined agitator with top driven by a 11kW, 1460 rpm, 415 volt motor. Unit mounted on legs.
