Second hand line for production caramel candies, mono flavour. Line can produce fruit taste candies, mint candies or milk (fat based). Reporting output up to 468 kg/h. Line consist of:
– Caramel mass preparation section – includes caramel cooker TC&C Process designers 24″ Schlagenkocher, manufactured by Snelders, new 1997. Working output up to 1000 kg/h.
– Winkler & Dunnebier forming line type 163.04, new 1997. Reported output up to 486 kg/h. Forming section has dimensions: 920 mm x 280 mm x 40 mm. Forming dies in motion – 118 pcs. Number of candies per one mold: 240 pcs. Machine works with speed up to 6.5 molds per minute. Working dimensions: L 11.85 m x W 1.9 m x H 2.83 m. Final product discharged at height 850-950 mm. Power consumption 40 kW
