Used 350 L Volume Vertical Powder Screw Mixer With Bucket Conveyer

Used vertical stainless steel screw mixer for powders with bucket conveyer. Mixing chamber has dimensions: diameter 800 mm x length of the straight side of the wall 660 mm. Height of the conical part 1000 mm. Total volume of mixing chamber 500 l. Working volume up to 350 l. Mixer has central, vertical, screw agitator with diameter 180 mm, mounted inside the pipe with length 1350 mm. Screw agitator is driven by gearbox and el motor 3.1 / 2.4 kW, 2840/1420 rpm, 380 V, 50 Hz. Reduction on gearbox i = 11,81. Mixer has central bottom discharge outlet with diameter 225 mm and manually operated valve. Mixer is equipped with vertical bucket conveyer, total height 3450 mm. Contact parts designed in stainless steel. Buckets designed in plastic. Conveyer is driven by el motor 0.75 kW, 705 rpm, 220/380 V, 50 Hz. Feeding hopper of bucket conveyer has inlet dimensions: 800 mm x 500 mm and is equipped with bottom driven delumper (0.18 kW). Mixer last time had been working in food production.
