1400 L Stainless Steel Ribbon Mixer With Screw Discharge

Used stainless steel ribbon mixer with total volume about 1400 l and working volume about 1000 l. Machine has mixing chamber with internal dimensions: L 2000 mm x W 827 mm x D 910 mm. Top open, with manually operated safety bars. Mixer has shaft with welded ribbon, with diameter 800 mm. Shaft and ribbon are driven by gearbox and el. motor 3 kW, 1455 rpm, 380-420 V, 50 hz. Working rotation up to 14 rpm. At the whole length of the mixing chamber, at the bottom, there is a mounted discharge stainless steel screw with diameter 400 mm. Discharge outlet has dimensions: W 400 mm x L 690 mm. Screw is driven by gearbox and el motor 5.5/4.4 kW, 400 V, 50 hz. Working rotation of screw 45/23 rpm. Mixer is equipped with two stainless steel pipes welded to the side walls, close to the top. Each pipe has with set of nozzles for adding liquids/washing mixing chamber. Machine is mounted on supporting frame with three stainless steel legs. Last time machine had been working in food industry.
