Used Schenk type PEF1000/850 hastelloy C22 (Werkstoff 2.4602) single sheet process filter. 1000mm diameter hastelloy C22 Nutsche filter plate with 0.78 square meter filtration area. Has clamped flat bottom fitted with legs and wheels and welded dished top head. Internal 870 litre capacity rated full vacuum/6.6 bar design pressure at -20°C/+180°C. External 316TI stainless steel jackets 150 and 10 litre capacity rated full vacuum/6 bar design pressure at -20°C/+180°C. Filter cake height approximately 300mm with 234 litre capacity. Has top mounted stirrer with mechanical seal driven at approximately 2.5-22 rpm. Also includes 3 kW hydraulic powerpack. Mounted on stainless steel frame. Reportedly suitable for filtration/extraction, drying and discharge.
